Feb. 1-4, 2026: AASC Winter Summit

The AASC Board of Directors invites you to an industry-wide event in the luxury of Park City, Utah. The AASC Winter Summit offers attendees the opportunity to meet members of the AASC Board, network, and learn from others in the settlement consultant industry at Hotel Park City. This event is open to producers. Partner members at the Silver level and above are eligible to attend.

Registrants will have three room options: executive, deluxe, and luxury.

Hotel check-in date is February 1. Hotel check-out is February 4.

Both AASC members and nonmembers are eligible to attend. Partners are invited on an invitation only basis.

Full payment is due no later than November 30, 2025.

Attendees will receive three nights the room selection of their choosing, two happy hours, dinners with partner members, and programming that will benefit your work.
The winter summit will be February 1-4, 2026.

Monday, February 2, 2026
Morning/early afternoon:  Ski/snowboarding or fun event for non-skiers
3:00-4:30pm:  Programming sessions
5:30pm:  Dinners

Morning/early afternoon:  Free time OR ski/snowboarding time
3:30-4:30pm:  Programming sessions
4:30-6:00pm:  Happy hour/closing reception
6:30pm:  Dinners

The AASC Winter Summit Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:

Summit registration cancellations are subject to a $200 administrative fee. To avoid this fee, you may opt to instead receive a credit to your membership account, which will have no financial penalty.
In the event AASC must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, AASC will refund the cost of registration in the form of a credit to your membership account, which can be used towards future conferences or membership dues.
