Nov 18 & 19: AASC Advocacy Event on Capitol Hill

The AASC cordially invites you to a high-impact advocacy event in Washington D.C. to advance the structured settlement industry.  This event serves as a valuable opportunity to seek support for The Survivor Justice Tax Prevention Act.  This legislation would exclude from an individual’s income any amounts of damages, other than punitive damages, received from a court judgment, settlement or award that is a result of sexual assault or sexual contact committed against that individual.

Attendees will have meetings scheduled for them in both the House and Senate.  Talking points and leave-behind materials will be provided. We hope you can join us!
